What practices usually ask.

Do I have to provide content ideas or photos?

No — we generate the content strategy and ideas. If you have photos, stories, or topics you want covered, we'll absolutely incorporate them. But you don't need to come with anything prepared.

How much of my time does this require?

The main touchpoint is a monthly content review — typically 20–30 minutes to review and approve the upcoming month's posts. Beyond that, we only come to you when something needs your direct input.

Will the content sound like me?

Yes — voice matching is part of onboarding. We ask about how you communicate, what you'd never say, and how you want patients to feel after seeing your content. Everything goes through you for approval before it publishes.

What if I want to post something myself?

Go for it. We coordinate the managed content around what you post organically. We can also help you shape ideas you want to post yourself.

Do you handle paid social ads?

Not included in the base retainer, but available as an add-on. If you're interested in paid amplification of your content, we can discuss that during discovery.
