What practices usually ask.

Do I need to provide copy or photos?

No. Copywriting is included in every project. If you have photos you love, bring them — if not, we'll work with what's available and advise on photography if needed.

What platform will my site be built on?

We build on Shopify, WordPress/Divi, Webflow, and Squarespace. We'll recommend the right fit for your practice during discovery — the decision is based on your needs, not our preference.

Will my site rank on Google?

Every site we build is set up with solid on-page SEO foundations. Ranking for competitive keywords takes time and ongoing content work — that's what our SEO retainer is for. But your site will be built to support it from day one.

What if I need changes after launch?

Two weeks of post-launch support is included. After that, we offer ongoing support on a retainer basis, or we can hand you everything you need to make updates yourself.
